A non-refundable deposit is required secure vour appointment via booking site. This ensures mutual respect for time, artistry, and energy. The remaining balance is due at the end of your service. Please disclose all previous hair history through the client intake form. This allows me to better protect the integrity of your strands and reserve the correct timing to achieve the best results possible. If form isn't completed at the time of booking, it may result in a rescheduled appointment. -Policies- Rescheduling: Need to shift your appt? Please reschedule at least 72 hours in advance to transfer deposit to new booking, message me with a new date/time. Rescheduling two or more times results in automatic cancellation. Sickness:If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell, please contact me to reschedule your appointment. If you arrive while sick or show any symptoms of illness, your appointment will be canceled upon arrival and your deposit will be forfeited. Wearing a mask does not exempt this policy; I take health precautions seriously and kindly ask that you extend the same consideration. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, message me to let me know. If you arrive or more late, your service will need to be rescheduled. Upon exception, your service may need shortened to stay aligned with the day's schedule and a $25+ late fee will be applied. No-Shows/Cancellations: No-shows disrupt the flow of the salon. Any missed appointment will be charged 95% of the service, and future bookings will require a larger deposit. If no show happens on multiple occasions, any new appointment may require full prepayment. Late cancellations result in forfeited deposit.
