CANCELLATION POLICY

We get that sometimes things come up and you may need to reschedule. If you are unable to make the appointment, notify me at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule. I charge a 85% cancellation fee to any no-shows or late cancellations. 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Rescheduling two or more times results in automatic cancellation. If you are 8 or more minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled. Within exception, you may also be charged a $25+ late fee. If you or anyone in your household is sick, you must reschedule. If you arrive to your appointment ill your appt will be cancelled without the option of rescheduling and deposit will be forfeited. All Deposits and Services are Non-Refundable
